The Scholarship Fund of the IOC is based on individual contributions of its Members
and others and is dedicated to providing educational assistance to persons who are
either the children or grandchildren of pilots, or who are pursuing careers in the aviation or related industries.

The IOC also provides funding to outside organizations who issue individual scholarships
to deserving candidates in fields related to Aviation and other technology industries.
Need is always a secondary criteria, of course.
